I think getting prepared for your wedding is one of the most anticipated events in a couple’s life. This is when everything is being settled to make sure that the big event is a successful one. We want everyone to remember this special day because everything turned out perfectly.
However, no matter how much we prepare for this day, there seems to be always something wrong bound to happen. Like the band that is supposed to play on your wedding reception didn’t come because they were only paid to play on your wedding ceremony and that’s it. Nobody arranged for how long the reception location will be used and now the management is requesting for everyone to vacate the place in an hour because there will be another reception to take place in the next hour.
All these unwanted scenes and so much more could happen when the responsibilities are not delegated evenly to both the bride’s and the groom’s party. They may be avoided in a lot of ways. Both the bride’s and also the groom’s side should communicate really well to avoid any assumptions that the other side paid for this and that so we do not have to pay for this and that. Having this kind of attitude spells out disaster in a wedding preparation.
Proper delegation should be recognized in preparation of a wedding. Normally, there is a list of the traditional wedding cost designation for the bride and the groom’s family. This will actually help both parties to decide on which costs to pay for and if they think that this is not applicable to them, then they would need to split up designations to make sure that everything’s fare and square. You don’t want your in-laws fighting over the costs of your wedding even before they become legally in-laws, do you? Of course not. So here are some of the traditional wedding cost designations that could help organize your wedding expenses.
The bride’s family can take care for all the cost of the wedding ceremony such as the location of the wedding ceremony, the rentals for the chairs, lights, music and the decorations that will adorn the entire wedding location. You can have flowers for the decorations which is normally the case for weddings. They would also be the ones responsible for the entire wedding reception cost, which includes the location of the reception, the food and type of beverages to be served, music or live entertainment, the reception decorations and of course, the most anticipated wedding cake. The bride’s family will also provide the gift for the groom. They are also in charge of the photographers and the photo coverage of the wedding and the reception. And finally, the wedding gown that the bride will be wearing.
The groom’s household wedding assignments include the rings to be worn by the new couple, the marriage license, the bride’s flower bouquet and the flower corsages, the rehearsal dinner and of course, who could forget the honeymoon where the new couple will enjoy their brand new married life together. There isn’t much to add unless of course you want a really extravagant and fabulous wedding. Then most likely you could add more to the list given that everything will be taken care of to avoid any inconveniences on your big day.

It’s your wedding day – the event you’ve dreamed about for years. Your life is about to change as you enter marriage, and walk down the aisle towards the man that will soon become your husband. The elation goes beyond anything you’ve imagined. Then it hits you. Where’s the photographer?
As you’re in the process of making memories to last a lifetime, the last thing you want to worry about is where the person who’s supposed to be documenting it all is lurking. Bridal portraits are something you want to plan ahead of time in a variety of ways, because it’ll be the last thing you’re thinking about on the day of, and the thing you look forward to most afterwards (besides the honeymoon!).
One of the first issues you’ll need to consider is how much you can afford to spend on your bridal portraits. Bridal packages come in all shapes and sizes. If you really want to get your money’s worth, you’ll probably need to spend around two thousand dollars or slightly more. For this amount you can expect your photography partner to have at least 2-3 photographers at your wedding capturing multiple shots at various angles throughout the day. Additionally, if you’re paying them well, you may be able to negotiate video as part of the package so your memories will love forever through both still photos and live action video.
If you really can’t swing a large budget for photography, you can probably still get a decent-size package for somewhere near a thousand dollars. As you would with a more expensive photographer, it’s extremely important that you discuss in detail exactly which moments will be most important to you since the resources they bring to your wedding and overall coverage of the day’s events are likely to result in fewer photographs. The alternative is to simply hire a friend, as long as you trust their skills. Just make sure they have experience shooting in the environment you’ll be in – combining a fair amount of pressure to get it right, how the achieve the correct lighting and exposure, and more.
Next, you need to plan how your wedding will be photographed, based on the budget you’ve chosen. For this, think through all of the activities of the day and parts of your wedding ceremony. What family members will be photographed with you in the chapel? Will it be before or after the ceremony? Do you want the ceremony photographed, and from what angles? Will the bridesmaids and groomsmen photos take place before the wedding so everyone looks their best? There’s no right or wrong answer. Just do what works best for you (although there are still some who believe it’s bad luck for the groom to see his bride before the wedding).
Your big day is one you’ll remember forever. However, just in case you’d like to show your kids pictures of you looking fabulous in a wedding dress, it’s important to plan your bridal portraits ahead of time. If you can do that, your bridal portraits will be conveying your sweet memories for years and years to come.

You need to spend some time to go looking for the wedding favors. This is of course because you’ll be using it to thank your visitors. It is one of the most important issues you have to consider when planning a marriage.
To this end, there are just too many options you can think about. If you visit a web marriage favor shop, you will see that there are countless thousands of options and choices. You may not know how you can select.
So , you’re wondering how it’s possible for you to select the wedding favors. Naturally you need to consider your wedding theme. At the same time, you might also want to think about the flavour of your guests.
A lot of brides and grooms will go for the idea of edible favors to that end. This is because something eatable is always helpful. There are some favors which are just useless and you may not need to choose them.
Buying the eatable favors from a party gift shop is not your only option. You can create the eatable items yourself. You can certainly design and bake your own cookies for your wedding. Making some puddings like tiramisu can also be a good idea. Your visitors will love it.
Usually, you will be purchasing from a web favor shop. If this is the case, you can just get the marriage favors and use them on your day. This could actually be one of the laziest options. You will go for this idea if you need to work busily each day.
You’ll need to pack the wedding favors yourself when you’re making your own. You can also need to do so if you’re going to get them from departments. Again, research is the key here. You’ll have to do a little analysis before you actually pack the marriage favors.
If you do not want to go for the idea of eatable favors, you may also go back to some standard options. One such option will be purchasing some keychain. However , regardless of what decision you’ll be make at the end, you’ll need to spend the time on research at the beginning so you can make them perfect.
